For a long time, the medical community has been dedicated to developing miniature robot technology that can deliver drugs accurately to specific targets to achieve targeted therapy. Now, a research team from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich has developed a miniature robot that can navigate precisely against the flow in blood vessels. In animal experiments, the team verified the system's effectiveness in the bodies of pigs and in the cerebrospinal fluid of sheep, providing new ideas for future treatments of various diseases in the nervous system. The related findings have been published in the latest issue of the journal "Science."
