New York gold futures rose more than 2.1%, testing the $4200 level, while New York silver futures rose by approximately 5.2%.
On Wednesday, in the last trading session in New York, spot gold rose by 1.69% to $4196.54 per ounce. Before 23:00 Beijing time, it continued to fluctuate within the range of $4120-4140 per ounce, and then rose significantly, reaching a daily high of $4211.79 at 02:27.
COMEX gold futures rose by 2.15% to $4204.90 per ounce.
Spot silver rose by 4.26% to $53.4078 per ounce, while COMEX silver futures rose by 5.19% to $53.380 per ounce.
COMEX copper futures rose by 0.46% to $5.0895 per pound. Spot platinum rose by 2.31% to $1621.76 per ounce, with a rally appearing after 22:00; spot palladium rose by 2.18% to $1476.13 per ounce.
