The "World Energy Outlook 2025" report released by the International Energy Agency on the 12th stated that approximately 730 million people worldwide still lack access to electricity supply, and climate risks are increasing. The report mentioned that the global standards for energy access and climate change response have not yet been met. However, the report also pointed out that if the world achieves net zero emissions by the middle of this century, the long-term warming is still expected to be kept within 1.5 degrees Celsius.
