China New Consumption Group (08275) issues profit warning, expecting a net loss of approximately HK$7 million to HK$10 million for the mid-term.

Capital Channel Financial APP News, China New Consumption Group (08275) announced that the group expects to incur a net loss of approximately HK$7 million to HK$10 million for the six months ending September 30, 2025, compared to a net loss of HK$1.4 million for the six months ending September 30, 2024. The board of directors believes that the increase in net loss is mainly due to a sharp decrease of 89.8% in construction contract revenue, from HK$104 million for the six months ending September 30, 2024 to HK$10.6 million for the six months ending September 30, 2025. This is attributed to the overall decline in the real estate market and a decrease in the value of new projects undertaken by the group during the period.
