ChangRong shares (300195.SZ) plans to cooperate with Jinchang JianTou to construct a 100 megawatt photovoltaic power station project.

Intelligent Wealth APP News, Changrong Stock (300195.SZ) announced that the company signed a "Photovoltaic Power Station Project Cooperation Agreement" with Jinchang City Construction Investment and Development (Group) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jinchang Construction Investment") on November 12, 2025. The two parties jointly established a project company to cooperate in the construction of a 100MW photovoltaic power station project in Xipo Photovoltaic Park, Jinchuan District, Jinchang City. The registered capital of the project company is 60 million RMB, with the company investing 57 million RMB in cash, holding 95% of the shares of the project company, and Jinchang Construction Investment investing 3 million RMB in cash, holding 5% of the shares of the project company.
