East China Science and Technology announced that shareholder Wang Ge, who holds 6.0787 million shares, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.5197 million shares through centralized bidding or block trading from November 18, 2025 to February 17, 2026. The price of the reduction will be determined by the market, and the source of the shares is the shares already issued before the initial public offering.
