Dong'e Ejiao: Convening the first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025, will hold a by-election for non-independent directors.

Dong'e Ejiao announced that the company will hold its first interim shareholders' meeting of 2025 on November 28, 2025. The record date for shareholding is November 21. The meeting will combine on-site voting and online voting to discuss several proposals, including amending the company's articles of association, revising and establishing certain corporate governance systems, and estimating the amount of ordinary related-party transactions for the year 2026. Proposal 3 requires related shareholders to abstain from voting, while proposals 1, 2.01, and 2.02 are special resolution items. In addition, the meeting will elect Ms. Wang Yifei as a non-independent director of the company's 11th Board of Directors. Registration will take place on November 27 at the Company's Visitor Center, Room C.
