Zhonggong Education announced that recently, some of the company's shares held by shareholder Wang Zhendong have been judicially frozen again. The start date is November 10, 2025, and the expiration date is October 28, 2026. The total frozen shares this time amount to 53.3 million shares, accounting for 14.28% of the shares held by him and 0.86% of the company's total share capital. This is due to a loan dispute, with the loan amount being 142 million yuan. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Wang Zhendong has accumulated 146 million shares frozen, accounting for 39.15% of his holdings and 2.37% of the company's total share capital.
