The Central Propaganda Team's report meeting on studying and implementing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party was held in Haikou, Hainan Province on November 12. In the speech, Wang Xiaoping stated that on the occasion of the Party and the country deeply studying and implementing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party, the Hainan Free Trade Port has entered a key period of island-wide closure operation, and it is necessary to integrate the study and implementation of the spirit of the plenary session with the understanding of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.
