Zhejiang Dongfang (600120.SH) announced that it has recently received approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (referred to as the "CSRC") to publicly issue corporate bonds to professional investors. The approval (CSRC Permit [2025] No. 2419) allows the company to apply for the registration of publicly issuing corporate bonds with a total face value not exceeding 6 billion yuan to professional investors.
