Intelligence Finance APP News, Transsion Holdings (688036.SH) announced that, in order to further enhance the company's overall competitiveness, improve the company's international brand image, and better utilize the international capital market and diversify financing channels, the company plans to issue shares (H shares) overseas and list on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEX). The company will fully consider the interests of existing shareholders and domestic and foreign capital markets, and will choose an appropriate time and issuance window to complete the issuance of H shares and listing within the validity period of the shareholder resolution (i.e. within 24 months from the date of approval at the shareholders' meeting or any other extended deadline agreed upon).
