On November 12th, Huayang New Materials announced that the Board of Directors has received a written resignation letter from the company's Deputy General Manager, Miao Xiujiang. Miao Xiujiang is resigning from her position as Deputy General Manager due to job changes and will not hold any position in the company after her resignation. Miao Xiujiang's resignation will take effect from the date of delivery to the Board of Directors on November 12, 2025.
