Quzhou Dongfeng announced that one of the projects funded by the private placement of A-shares in 2020, the "Dongfeng Shoujian annual production of 6.5 billion medicinal glass bottle production base project," has been terminated. Due to external environment, policies, and market competition, the continued implementation of this project had limited effects on business improvement. The company will use the remaining funds raised for this project to permanently supplement working capital. As of November 12, 2025, 285 million yuan will be transferred to the company's general account, while the subsidiary Dongfeng Shoujian will transfer 4.3413 million yuan to its general account by November 11. Additionally, the company and Dongfeng Shoujian completed the cancellation procedures for the corresponding raised funds accounts on November 12th and 11th.
