Haowei Group announced that the General Manager and legal representative, Wang Song, has resigned due to a job adjustment application, effective from the date of appointment of the new General Manager by the board of directors. On November 12, 2025, the seventh meeting of the seventh session of the board of directors approved the appointment of Gao Wenbao as the General Manager and legal representative, with a term until the end of the seventh session of the board of directors; and the appointment of Wang Song as the Deputy General Manager, with a term from the effective date of the amended articles of association until the end of the term. Wang Song holds 131,340 shares of the company, accounting for 0.01% of the total share capital. Gao Wenbao has over twenty years of experience in the semiconductor industry and is expected to enhance the operational efficiency of the company.
