Shanghai: the passenger satisfaction rate for online ride-hailing services in the third quarter is 81.37, an increase of 0.25 compared to the second quarter.

According to the Shanghai Municipal Transportation Commission, the passenger satisfaction evaluation results of Shanghai's taxi and ride-hailing services in the third quarter of 2025 were recently released. The data shows that in this quarter, the passenger satisfaction index for taxi services was 83.39, an increase of 0.17 from the second quarter; for ride-hailing services, the online survey passenger satisfaction was 81.37, an increase of 0.25 from the second quarter. The secret shopper survey passenger satisfaction was 86.13, a decrease of 0.07 from the second quarter.
