Focus on regions with great wind and solar development potential, abundant biomass and water resources, and plan the layout of renewable energy hydrogen and ammonia alcohol comprehensive industrial bases. Coordinate the supply and demand sides, scientifically plan infrastructure such as transportation pipelines, refueling, and transfer ports, and orderly promote the construction of an inter-provincial transportation system.
