National Energy Administration: Encourage localities to research and study multi-party cooperation mechanisms for the integration of new energy and industrial projects according to their own circumstances.
The National Energy Administration issued guidelines on promoting the integrated development of new energy sources, pointing out the need to optimize project investment and development management. It also encourages the streamlining of processes related to the approval, grid connection, and power business licensing of new energy integration projects, and encourages the implementation of a one-stop procedure for related formalities. Local governments are encouraged to study various cooperation mechanisms for integrating new energy sources with industries based on their actual conditions. Research will also be conducted on supporting qualified new energy integration projects through special local government bonds.
