According to the latest memory spot price trend report released by TrendForce, in terms of DRAM, although the spot prices of DDR4 and DDR5 continue to rise due to sellers' wait-and-see attitude, the price of DRAM chips has exceeded that of modules, indicating that module prices may rise significantly in the short term. Meanwhile, in terms of NAND, the spot price of 512Gb TLC NAND wafers rose by 17.1% this week, reaching $6.455 per piece. Due to the expected tight supply situation, the price increase momentum may continue into the next quarter.
