On November 12th, at the Merger and Acquisition Forum of the Shanghai Stock Exchange International Investors Conference, Wang Bo, Deputy General Manager of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, stated that since last year, the mergers and acquisitions of A-share listed companies have entered a new active cycle. It was revealed that since the release of the "Six Guidelines for Mergers and Acquisitions", Shanghai-listed companies have disclosed over 1000 various types of merger transactions, including 115 major asset reorganizations, an increase of 138% year-on-year.
