Superstar Legend: Wholly-owned subsidiary and LingeTech jointly establish Yuxing Entertainment Technology Co., Ltd.

Announcement of the legendary superstar: on November 11, 2025, Star Creation Entertainment Co., Ltd. and Beijing Lingyi Technology Co., Ltd. signed a joint venture cooperation agreement, agreeing to jointly establish Yuxing Entertainment Technology Co., Ltd. Star Creation and Lingyi Technology will each hold 50% equity in the joint venture company. The joint venture company is intended to be primarily responsible for the creation, development, operation, promotion, and sales of consumer-grade IP robots and IP derivative products.
