National Healthcare Security Administration Organizes a Series of Discussions on the Adjustment of Version 3.0 of the Payment Grouping Scheme by Disease.

From October 15th to 24th, the National Medical Insurance Administration held four consecutive intensive discussion activities. More than 70 representatives from medical institutions, industry associations, and technical guidance groups participated in the discussions, focusing on topics such as medical insurance payment policies, adjustments to grouping schemes, hospital internal management, and the coordinated development of the three-tier medical system. Officials from the National Medical Insurance Administration Office, Medical Administration Department, Medical Insurance Center, Beijing Medical Insurance Bureau, and the National Medical Insurance Research Institute of Capital Medical University attended the discussions. During the discussions, officials from the Medical Administration Department of the National Medical Insurance Administration introduced the progress of the diagnosis-related group payment reform and considerations for the adjustment of grouping scheme version 3.0, stating that the medical insurance department would strengthen communication and exchange with relevant departments and medical institutions during the grouping adjustment, establish a regular mechanism for collecting opinions, actively respond to clinical concerns, and promote the alignment between medical insurance and medical institutions.
