On November 12, there were 3 residential land transactions in Suzhou, all of which were eventually sold at the reserve price, with a total transaction amount of 2.635 billion yuan. Among them, a land parcel in Wuzhong District was won by a consortium of Suzhou Jiasheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Wuzhong High-tech Industrial Investment Development Co., Ltd. at the reserve price of 860 million yuan, with a transaction price of 8,050 yuan per square meter; a land parcel in Xiangcheng District was won by Wuxi Haiming Construction and Development Co., Ltd. at the reserve price of 1.193 billion yuan, with a transaction price of 6,000 yuan per square meter; another land parcel in Xiangcheng District was won by Suzhou Yongqing Real Estate Co., Ltd. at the reserve price of 581 million yuan, with a transaction price of 10,000 yuan per square meter.
