Venezuela is now in a state of full military readiness.

The Venezuelan Ministry of Defense announced on November 11th local time that, in accordance with the instructions of Venezuelan President Maduro, the Venezuelan military initiated the "Independence 200" new phase exercise at 4 a.m. that day, fully entering a state of readiness to strengthen defense capabilities. The announcement stated that this operation aims to optimize command, control, and communication systems, coordinate land, sea, air, river, missile forces, militias, and local security agencies, carry out multi-level joint exercises nationwide, and achieve the integration of armed forces with the public security system. It also promotes the construction of a joint defense system between the military and civilians, ensuring support from multiple departments for mobilizing forces.
