China Rare Earth Group established a private equity fund management company.

According to the Qichacha app, recently, Zhongxi (Shenzhen) Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. was established, with Wu Lei as the legal representative and a registered capital of 30 million yuan. Its business scope includes: engaging in investment activities with its own funds; private equity investment fund management; and venture capital fund management services. Qichacha's equity penetration display shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by China Rare Earth Group Co., Ltd.
