John Ross will take over as President of General Motors China, replacing Jeff Smith.

On November 11th local time, General Motors announced that, starting from December 1st, current President of General Motors China, Matt Tsien, will assume the newly established position of Senior Vice President of Global Exports and Retail Innovation. Current Global Vice President of Cadillac, John Roth, will be appointed as Senior Vice President of General Motors and President of General Motors China.
