China Guoxin Group and the Sichuan Provincial Government signed a strategic cooperation agreement.

On October 31, the strategic cooperation agreement between China Guoxin and the Sichuan Provincial People's Government was signed, and the unveiling ceremony of Guoxin Holdings Co., Ltd. was held in Chengdu. Guoxin Sichuan will focus on high-quality projects in state-owned enterprises, local state-owned enterprises, leading private enterprises, and emerging industries in Sichuan through direct equity investment. It will launch a comprehensive package of financial services including direct investment, fund investment, asset management, market value management, credit rating, bond issuance, ESG consulting, commercial factoring, financing leasing, and bill services.
