Anshi China has issued a customer announcement stating that the so-called "failure of the local management of Dutch Anshi Semiconductor to abide by the contracted payment terms" is completely fabricated and intended to smear the management of Anshi China. Anshi China has not breached any contracts; on the contrary, Dutch Anshi Semiconductor currently owes ATGD a sum of up to 1 billion yuan in unpaid goods. The relevant management of Dutch Anshi Semiconductor has seriously neglected their duties in the decision-making process, prioritizing personal interests over the company's overall interests, seriously violating professional ethics and corporate governance requirements, and should be held accountable for the losses caused to the company and its employees. The unilateral suspension of supply by Dutch Anshi Semiconductor completely disregards customer interests, seriously violates contract agreements and commercial cooperation principles, and severely damages customer trust, showing extreme irresponsibility. Currently, Anshi China has established sufficient finished and work-in-progress inventory to stably and continuously meet the order requirements of customers until the end of the year and even longer, ensuring a secure and reliable supply chain. To ensure the long-term viability and resilience of the supply, we have actively implemented multiple contingency plans and are accelerating the validation of new wafer production capacity. The company is confident in completing the validation in the short term and seamlessly meeting all customer needs from next year onwards.
