On October 30, Beijing auctioned a residential land in Dongxiaokou Town, Changping District, with a total land area of 31342.647 square meters, a planned construction area of 87759.412 square meters, a plot ratio of 2.8, a starting price of 2.809 billion yuan, and a starting floor price of 32,008 yuan per square meter. In the end, the plot was jointly won by Beijing Urban Construction Investment and Development Co., Ltd. and Beijing Blue Huayu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. at the base price of 2.809 billion yuan, with a transaction floor price of 32,008 yuan per square meter.
