MGM China (02282.HK) subsidiary MGM Grand Paradise contributes MOP 1.24 billion to participate in the Macau government-guided fund

Zhitong Finance APP News, MGM China (02282.HK) announced that, after friendly negotiations, on October 23, 2026, the company's subsidiary MGM Grand Paradise, S.A. together with the other five gaming concessionaires of the Macao Special Administrative Region (as limited partners) and Macao Project Management (No. 2) One Person Company Limited (as general partner) entered into a partnership agreement in relation to the establishment of the Macao Special Administrative Region Government Guided Fund No. 2 Limited Partnership Fund. The limited partners have committed to contribute a total of MOP 9 billion (equivalent to approximately HKD 8.7 billion) to the fund's total size. MGM Grand Paradise has committed to inject MOP 1.24 billion (equivalent to approximately HKD 1.21 billion).
