Zhitong Finance APP has learned that data released by the China Automobile Dealers Association shows that in September 2026, the national used car market transaction volume was 1.5727 million units, up 3.72% month-on-month and down 12.35% year-on-year, with a transaction value of 96.429 billion yuan. From January to September 2026, cumulative used car transaction volume was 14.3638 million units, down 2.50% year-on-year, a decrease of 369,000 units compared with the same period, with cumulative transaction value of 936.401 billion yuan.
