It was learned from sources in the chip industry chain that P&S Information has sent notices to some customers stating that STMicroelectronics intends to terminate its authorized distribution partnership with P&S Information, and the two parties are in communication and negotiation regarding matters related to the termination and subsequent business transition arrangements. During this period, P&S Information's supply of certain ST products to customers may be affected by ST's supply arrangements. P&S Information stated that the company currently represents more than 100 original manufacturer brands and adjusts its business lines each year based on downstream demand feedback. A person close to P&S Information said that P&S Information has currently stopped quoting ST products; industry insiders said that P&S Information had already reduced its ST business a long time ago.
