Jitai Technology-P (07666): Forms strategic collaboration with Eli Lilly to advance next-generation tissue-specific LNP delivery technology

Zhitong Finance APP news, Jitai Technology-P (07666) announced that the company has entered into a strategic collaboration with Eli Lilly and Company (Lilly), focusing on the research and discovery of novel lipid nanoparticle (LNP) delivery solutions, aimed at achieving tissue-specific delivery of therapeutic modalities. Under the terms of the agreement, Jitai Technology will receive an upfront payment of over ten million US dollars and will be eligible to receive development, regulatory, and commercial milestone payments totaling up to approximately US$1.1 billion. In addition, Jitai Technology will also be eligible to receive tiered royalty payments in the single-digit percentage range based on the annual net sales of products generated from the collaboration.
