Tufude Property Insurance disclosed that it holds 10% of the shares in Yacong Stock, a provider of basic computing infrastructure services, together with affiliated parties.

On July 8th, an announcement released by Fude Property Insurance Co., Ltd. revealed that Fude Property Insurance and its concerted actioner Shenzhen Fude Technology Co., Ltd. acquired shares of Beijing Yacang Wanwei Information Technology Co., Ltd. through agreement transfer, resulting in a takeover. After this equity change, Fude Property Insurance and Fude Technology will respectively hold 4.34 million shares of Yacang, accounting for 5.00% of the total share capital of Yacang; the two parties collectively hold 8.68 million shares of Yacang, representing 10.00% of the total share capital of Yacang, and 10.08% of the total share capital excluding repurchased shares.
