SFSY ENERGY (00750) announced that, following shareholder approval at the extraordinary general meeting, with effect from the conclusion of the extraordinary general meeting, Rongcheng (Hong Kong) CPA Limited (Rongcheng) has been removed from the position of auditor, and Ernst & Young has been appointed as the Company's new auditor for the year ending December 31, 2026, to fill the casual vacancy arising from the proposed removal, and shall hold office until the conclusion of the Company's next annual general meeting.
