RONGTA TECH (09881) announced that Ms. Lai Ho Yan has resigned as the company's joint company secretary, authorized representative, and process agent, and Ms. Chen Liyan has been appointed as the company's joint company secretary, authorized representative, and process agent, effective October 26, 2026. Mr. Hu Zunfa will continue to serve as the other joint company secretary.
