Nexchip Semiconductor Corporation (02249) announced that the Group's revenue for the third quarter of 2026 was RMB3.252 billion, up 9.88% quarter on quarter and up 19.57% year on year; gross margin was 25.46%, up 3.18 percentage points quarter on quarter and up 3.55 percentage points year on year. Profit attributable to owners of the Company was RMB229 million, up 17.83% quarter on quarter and up 5.23% year on year; basic earnings per share were RMB0.11. The increase in the Group's revenue was mainly due to an increase in the Company's product sales volume during the reporting period and the continued growth in revenue scale. Gross margin rose 3.55 percentage points year on year, mainly because the scale effect brought by increased sales of new products was reflected in the current period's results. Profit for the period rose 34.49% year on year, mainly due to increased sales volume and increased revenue scale, as well as an increase in gross margin. The guidance for the fourth quarter of 2026 is (unaudited): the Group expects revenue for the fourth quarter of 2026 to be approximately between RMB3.2 billion and RMB3.4 billion; the Group expects gross margin for the fourth quarter of 2026 to be approximately between 20% and 24%.
