The company, as one of the limited partners, participated in the investment in "Shanghai Shidai Chenyuan Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership)" (tentative name, subject to industrial and commercial approval and registration, hereinafter referred to as the "Fund" or the "Partnership"). The company's subscribed capital contribution amount is RMB 400 million, holding a 26.64% subscription ratio in the Fund.
