Patriot Mobile, a wireless communications company focused on serving Christian conservative organizations, filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) last Friday to raise up to $10 million through an initial public offering (IPO). The company plans to list on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "PTRT." Pricing terms for the offering have not yet been disclosed. The company also offers devices, mobile internet, device protection, financing services, and accessories. As a public benefit corporation, Patriot Mobile supports organizations that defend freedoms guaranteed by the First Amendment and rights guaranteed by the Second Amendment, advances causes that uphold the sanctity of life, and serves military personnel, veterans, and first responders. Data shows the company generated $102 million in revenue for the 12 months ended June 30, 2026.
