JL Mag Rare-Earth (06680) announced that the board of directors received a written resignation letter from Mr. Lu Ming, Vice President, on September 24, 2026. Due to an adjustment in work priorities, Mr. Lu Ming applied to resign from the position of Vice President of the company. After resignation, Mr. Lu Ming will continue to serve as General Manager of JL Mag Rare-Earth (Ningbo) Investment Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and Managing Director of JL Mag Rare-Earth Hong Kong Co., Limited, responsible for the company's investment-related business and the daily operations management of the Hong Kong subsidiary.
