Yct Electronics (301099.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hong Kong Taixin, plans to acquire a 70% equity stake in Yongjia Industrial (International) Co., Ltd. (including its subsidiaries, referred to as "Yongjia Industrial") through cash payment, with a transaction price of US$47.6 million. Upon completion of the transaction, the company will hold a 70% equity stake in Yongjia Industrial, which will become a controlled subsidiary of the company and be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
