China Rare Earth Nonferrous Metals (600259.SH) investee company Dabaoshan Copper Industry submits listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

China Rare Earth Nonferrous Metals (600259.SH) announced that it has learned from its associate company Guangdong Rising Dabaoshan Copper Industry Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Dabaoshan Company") that on September 22, 2026, it submitted an application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the initial public offering of overseas-listed shares (H shares) and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and on the same day published the application materials for this offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website. Dabaoshan Company is a strategic associate company of the Company, mainly engaged in the exploration, mining, ore processing, comprehensive utilization, and sales of copper, sulfur, and other polymetallic mineral resources. It owns the largest open-pit mine in South China and specialized copper-sulfur beneficiation facilities. Its core products include copper concentrate, sulfur concentrate, and magnetic sulfur concentrate, and it has maintained stable and high production in recent years. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, the Company holds a 40% stake in Dabaoshan Company.
