An Hui Wenergy (000543.SZ) announced that, in order to enhance the overall competitiveness of its new energy segment and solidify the capital base for new energy projects, the company and its controlling shareholder Anhui Provincial Energy Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as the "Group Company") plan to increase capital in Anhui New Energy Venture Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "New Energy Company") in proportion to their existing shareholdings. Among this, the company will contribute 1.785 billion yuan, and the Group Company will contribute 1.715 billion yuan, totaling 3.5 billion yuan in capital increase. After the capital increase is completed, the registered capital of New Energy Company will increase to 11.318 billion yuan, and the shareholding ratios of all shareholders will remain unchanged.
