On the news front, ANDRE JUICE issued an announcement that the Board was notified by Ms. Wang Meng, an executive director of the Company, that on September 22, 2026, she purchased a total of 380,000 H shares of the Company (shareholding increase) at an average price of approximately HK$20.55 per share. This shareholding increase was purchased by Ms. Wang Meng in her personal name. On September 21, Ms. Wang Meng had already purchased a total of 294,500 H shares of the Company (shareholding increase) in the open market at an average price of approximately HK$20.74 per share through Hongan International Investment Co., Ltd. (Hongan), an entity wholly owned by Ms. Wang Meng. Previously, ANDRE JUICE issued an announcement stating that the Company intends to acquire a cumulative 62.06% equity interest in Yongqiang Technology for a total cash consideration of RMB793 million, thereby obtaining control over Yongqiang Technology. The target company's main products include copper clad laminates and prepregs. ANDRE JUICE stated that through this transaction, the Company intends to proactively optimize its industrial layout and cultivate a second growth curve while consolidating its original core business advantages, achieving a "juice core business + electronic materials" dual-drive strategy.
