SAM WOO CONS (03822) announced that the Group has recently been awarded a construction engineering contract to undertake foundation works for a project located in the Northern Metropolis. The contract sum (including any contingent sums and/or provisional contract amounts) is expected to be not more than HK$200 million, with the final amount subject to actual quantities of work performed. The works are expected to be completed in the first half of
2027.
