On the news front, on September 12, CONANT OPTICAL held an unveiling and ribbon-cutting ceremony at its Qidong production base in Jiangsu. At the ceremony, it was officially announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, formerly Jiangsu Lantu Glasses Co., Ltd., has been formally renamed Jiangsu Conant Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., with industrial and commercial registration changes and business positioning upgrades completed simultaneously. In the future, it will fully focus on the new smart glasses business. The company stated that the Jiangsu Qidong production base, as the company's largest core production base at present, is a key capacity pillar supporting the group's global delivery of its traditional optometry business.
Huaxin Securities believes that in H1 2026, the company faced disruptions in the supply of raw materials for 1.74 refractive index lenses, but revenue still achieved 7.6% growth, a clear recovery compared with the 1.6% year-on-year growth rate in H2 2025. By business segment, revenue from custom lenses increased 37.5% year on year, revenue from functional lenses increased 11.9% year on year, and revenue from standardized lenses decreased 5.7% year on year. Revenue from proprietary brands increased 16.6% year on year, and the share of proprietary brand revenue rose from 62% in H1 2025 to 68% in H1 2026, with brand value and influence continuing to improve.
