In view of the growth potential of the Company's international business and in light of the Company's long-term strategic development, Mr. Wu Haisheng, the Company's Chief Executive Officer and Director, intends to devote more time to the development of the Company's international business. In order to focus on this area, Mr. Wu will resign as the Company's Chief Executive Officer and Director, and will also cease to serve as a member of the compensation committee of the board of directors. In addition, the board of directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Zheng Yan as the Company's Chief Executive Officer and Director, effective from September 21, 2026.
