During the reporting period, the company leveraged its technological advantages to deepen the collaborative development of four major material systems: nickel-based, cobalt-based, phosphorus-based, and sodium-based, continuously improving its product matrix and consolidating its market-leading position. Nickel-cobalt materials lead globally, with breakthroughs in ultra-high nickel, mid-nickel high voltage ternary materials, and high voltage cobalt oxide technology, achieving independent control of key materials. The annual shipment volume and market share hit new highs, with the market share of ternary precursors and cobalt oxide ranking first in the industry, and solid-state precursor shipments reaching the hundred-ton level; phosphorus-based materials saw significant growth, with phosphate iron products leading in export market shipments, and strategic cooperation agreements reached with several leading battery companies, securing upstream phosphate resources and initiating development to solidify sustainable development foundations; sodium technology broke new ground, with the "Wide Temperature Range High-Performance Sodium-Ion Battery R&D" included as a provincial key technological project, seeing shipment volumes exceed two thousand tons in the first half of the year, and initial commercialization effects becoming apparent.
During the reporting period, the company resolutely promoted its "global development" strategy, achieving milestone progress in the construction of overseas industrial bases and resource layout, significantly enhancing global supply chain assurance capabilities. In June, the first phase of the nickel material production at the Zhongwei Morocco industrial base project achieved a breakthrough in production exceeding one thousand tons, laying a foundation for the company's scaled production capacity to serve the European and North American markets; the second phase of the nickel smelting production line at the Indonesia Morowali base (from lateritic nickel ore to low-grade nickel, and from low-grade to high-grade nickel) was fully put into production; pioneering oxygen-enriched side-blown nickel smelting technology continuously advanced, significantly reducing overall energy consumption; through the control of the Jama project and Solaroz project, the company made counter-cyclical and forward-looking layouts for lithium resources in Argentina's salt lakes, securing high-quality resources equivalent to over 10 million tons of lithium carbonate to ensure raw material supply safety; it signed a joint venture agreement with Korea's PoscoFM to initiate the construction of the advanced LFP material manufacturing project in Pohang, South Korea, to expand into the overseas energy storage market; and formally reached cooperation with Germany's CRONIMET Group to jointly layout a waste battery recycling factory in Europe, taking a key step towards "global recycling," and achieving collaborative advancement around the new material ecosystem of "resource extraction, smelting processing, material production, and secondary resource recycling."
