Smoore International (06969) announced that on August 24, 2026, it will grant a total of 3.67 million stock options to six eligible participants in the group according to the revised share option scheme approved by the company's shareholders on February 18, 2025. According to the revised share option scheme, each grantee must pay HKD 1 within the period as may be determined by the Board and notified to the relevant grantees (not exceeding 30 days from the grant date, including the grant date) as the consideration for accepting the granted stock options.
