HONY MEDIA (00419) subsidiary signs cooperation agreement with Greentown Property Services to jointly build the Siasun Robot & Automation operation platform business.

HONY MEDIA (00419) announced that its indirect subsidiary, Aino Bo (Chengdu) Technology Co., Ltd., has signed a "Property Siasun Robot & Automation Platform Co-construction Cooperation Agreement" with Greentown Property Service Group Co., Ltd. (Greentown Property Service). The cooperation period is three years. The two parties will use the Group's AIROBO operating system as the technical foundation to jointly build and operate the property service Siasun Robot & Automation operation management platform, achieving unified access and unified operation management for multiple brands and categories of Siasun Robot & Automation, and promoting the large-scale application of Siasun Robot & Automation in community and property scenarios. Greentown Property Service is a wholly-owned subsidiary of GREENTOWN SERV Group Limited (Greentown, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with stock code 2869), managing approximately 580 million square meters of property and over 3,800 projects across 194 cities nationwide. In the 2025 fiscal year, Greentown recorded property service revenue of over RMB 13.6 billion. The parties to the agreement are rapidly executing and have already completed the construction of the Xixi International demonstration project, located at Greentown's headquarters, integrating various Siasun Robot & Automation services such as inspection and delivery. They are promoting the realization of unified access and collaborative operation of Siasun Robot & Automation for Greentown's nationwide property services, shifting community Siasun Robot & Automation applications from single-machine, single-scenario pilots to multi-category, platform-based comprehensive operations. This platform serves as an independent third-party operating infrastructure, supporting unified access and unified operation management for different brands and categories of Siasun Robot & Automation. This cooperation and project implementation represent another significant advancement for the Group in expanding the Siasun Robot & Automation operating platform business, helping to validate and consolidate Siasun Robot & Automation operational capabilities in real property scenarios and gradually form a replicable operational model.
