The agreement aims to establish a broader strategic cooperation between the two companies to advance a diversified pipeline of new generation therapeutic products, accelerate the development of innovative therapies for cancer and other serious diseases. According to the agreement, Biocytogen Pharmaceuticals will provide up to five fully human bispecific antibodies through its proprietary RenLite platform, and Whitehawk will evaluate these antibodies using its ADC linker-payload platform technology. Whitehawk can then choose to incorporate the resulting BsADC candidate molecules into its pipeline and advance their development. RenLite adopts a common light chain design, supporting the discovery, screening, and optimization of fully human bispecific antibodies targeting multiple targets, while effectively reducing the risk of heavy-light chain mismatch, providing a robust molecular foundation for subsequent BsADC development. Through the integration of Biocytogen Pharmaceuticals and Whitehawk's complementary strengths, this collaboration aims to explore BsADC candidate molecules with differentiated targeting mechanisms and therapeutic potential.
